Group Rentals
Group Rental Details
Group reservations are available for parties of 9-40 people and require a deposit based on group size.

All group reservations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of the desired rental time. The more lead time you give us the more likely we are to have availability.

Groups of 20 or more need to be made at least 7 days prior to the desired rental time.

Groups must be paid with a single credit card not by each individual in the group.

Before contacting us to make a group reservation, figure out what you would like to rent (single kayaks, double kayaks, paddle boards) and how many of each you need. Without this information we cannot make a reservation.
Groups of 9-15 people are charged at our standard rental rates. A $10 per item deposit secures your kayaks and paddle boards and is applied to the rental balance. Deposits are refundable 72 hours prior to the rental time, or if we must cancel due to wind (>12mph), or lightning.

Groups of 16-40
Groups of 16 or more are charged a flat rate based on what you reserve and require a deposit of 50% with the balance due after the rental. Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the rental time, or if we must cancel due to wind (>12mph) or lightning. Rentals start at the time of your reservation, not when your group arrives.
Weekdays:
All rentals must start at 5pm or earlier. Prices include sales tax and are good for up to 3 hours of rental time starting at the time of your reservation. Typically we can make small adjustments day of if you want to change a single kayak to a double or vice versa.

Weekends and Holidays:
10am Reservations only. Prices include sales tax and are good for up to 2.5 hours of rental time (all rentals must be returned before 12:30pm). Typically we will not be able to make adjustments the day of.
