Furman Ave E and Fairview Ave E

Seattle Parks owns the dock directly in front of the Park. It is connected to a dock owned by the Pocock Rowing Center. BOTH DOCKS HAVE PUBLIC ACCESS. Anyone may launch or retrieve from the docks. Parking is actually excellent as there is large lot under the I-5 bridge which is not used very much on the weekends. I realize there are no parking signs, but those cover only some of the spaces. A lot of folks drive their car down and unload AT THE DOCK for a real easy launch; others carry the boat over and down to the dock, either way, it’s a convenient launch and retrieval AND a safe spot to stop if hit by a south winds sweeping up Lake Union.
