$165.00 This Waterproof and breathable jacket is a semi-drytop, which means it has latex wrist gaskets and a collar that can be tightened down enough to keep most of the water out. Unlike latex neck gaskets, it is a more comfortable, thin neoprene seal. The sprayskirt tunnel keeps water from leaking in around the sprayskirt and waist. A great alternative to a drytop for those who can't stand latex neck seals.
