The addition of an adjustable neoprene chest collar to the tube eliminates the need for suspenders, and provides a more watertight seal. No pocket.  Sewn shock cord rim. The optional reinforced deck edge adds extra material along the front rim of the skirt for those who beat their paddle on the skirt.
