The Atajo is specifically designed for smaller paddlers in the 100 to 150 pound range. With a smooth hull curving from edge to edge, the Atajo responds quickly to lean turns and braces.
While the Atajo is shorter than many touring kayaks, its narrower width punches easily through the wind chop, and the deck is outfitted with two hatches for gear. In a KevlarŪ build, the Atajo is an extremely nimble and lightweight kayak that is a joy to load and launch.
